As a Claims Administrator, you will communicate with airlines, answer emails, and lead registered cases to get the client‘s compensation from the airline. We expect that you will develop and sustain productive customer relationships.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian – both written and spoken;
- Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills, attention to details;
- Great communication skills;
- Effective team player with the ability to work independently.
Bonus qualifications:
- Previous experience of working in the travel industry;
- Knowledge of a 2nd foreign language (B2 level).
