As the Head of Marketing you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and market presence. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s narrative and influencing the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals
- Form, lead, and manage a high-performing team of marketing specialists, ensuring their professional growth and the successful implementation of campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and marketing efforts
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively across various digital channels, ensuring optimal ROI and performance
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and refine strategies
- Oversee the planning and execution of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and other digital campaigns
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to guide ongoing improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and emerging digital marketing trends, applying best practices to enhance our strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 4+ years of proven experience in international marketing, leadership or managerial role
- Strong track record of implementing successful marketing campaigns and changes that drove significant results
- In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and more
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align digital marketing efforts with broader business goals.
- Creative problem-solver who can adapt to changing market dynamics and consumer behaviors
