Position: Senior Finance Manager
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania.

Role Overview: As a Senior Finance Manager at Skycop, you will be integral to our finance team, responsible for overseeing financial operations and helping to steer the strategic financial decisions that sustain our global leadership in the air passenger rights industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in finance within a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial planning, analysis, and modeling efforts, providing strategic insights to optimize financial performance and business growth.
  • Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international financial standards.
  • Develop sophisticated financial models and forecasts to support decision-making processes.
  • Oversee the treasury functions including liquidity management and risk assessment.
  • Develop and implement robust financial controls and policies to support the business operations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align financial management with short and long-term financial planning and projections.
  • Mentor and lead a finance team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and development.


  • Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably in a global or multinational company.
  • Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
  • Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
