This survey is completely free to use and allows travelers to nominate the airline they consider to be the best. 

Each customer evaluates their satisfaction with an airline on different aspects on a scale of 1 to 5 for aspects of the travel experience (a brief extract is shown below). The survey consists of 3 different experience fields: cabin service, ground/airport, and onboard product.
