The Renewed Skycop Partnership Program is finally here!

While we all hope that the difficulties which now are faced by the whole travel industry will be more temporary than any of those we remember, we are well aware that in these turbulent times, all market players must stick together like never before.

That’s why we strongly believe that it’s the right time to announce the renewed Skycop Partnership Program. From now on, cooperation between our company and our every partner will be much smoother, faster and easier. All the experience we’ve gained since our first successful partnership back in 2016 now allows us to find the best solution, offering each partner an individualized partnership plan along with a personalized approach.

Since the very beginning of our initial Partnership program, Skycop has successfully brought together a wide range of travel industry businesses and individuals who were just as passionate about ensuring air passenger rights around the world as we are. Travel agencies, ticket services, airports, transfer companies, bloggers and other businesses in the sector have always been active in cooperation with our flight compensation company. And that not only in cases where travelers experienced a flight disruption, but also when there was a need for other kinds of assistance – or in educating the public about air passenger rights or raising the awareness of airlines along with other businesses in the travel industry.

It’s the right time to strengthen our relations

In recent months, when the entire travel industry is going through extremely turbulent times and uncertainty about the future persists for weeks – if not months – the situation is encouraging all market participants not only to look for new opportunities in rapidly changing conditions, but also to work together as closely as possible. The wide network of partners all around the world along with an active dialogue not only with tour operators or ticket vendors, but also with our competitors and, namely, the airlines, has always been one of Skycop’s top priorities.

Also, taking into account the often surprising market dynamics and the ever-growing network of our partners, we have constantly improved and expanded our cooperation program to meet the expectations of the widest possible range of partners and to take into account the individual, sometimes very specific needs of each. That is why we are currently offering everyone who wants to work together the opportunity to participate in our renewed Partnership Program.

The opportunity to benefit from all the experience we have gathered

Today, the Partnership Program embodies all the experience Skycop has gained over the years working closely with different representatives of the travel industry – from large hotel chains to boutique agencies.

“In this difficult time for all of us, we continue to help travel agencies and other partners generate additional revenue from tickets already sold and hundreds of past flights. While it is clear that ticket sales have now declined, travel agencies have a great opportunity to make money from previously sold flight tickets in partnership with Skycop. We have already helped our partner clients recover more than a million euros in disrupted flight compensations. And working with more than a hundred agencies around the world while looking for the best and most innovative solutions every day, there is no doubt that together we can be even stronger. Anyone interested in an opportunity of working together is welcome to contact me and I will be happy to tell you about all the prospects for cooperation and how Skycop can help you and your customers.”

Exciting challenges for our branch in Poland

The opening of a new Skycop office in Gdansk, which was the first stage in the company’s international expansion, is also related to the new opportunities of the Skycop Partnership Program. Here in Poland, our new colleagues are responsible for the development of Skycop’s partner community and close cooperation with all the members of this network in different countries around the world. Mike Thompson, VP of Strategic Partnerships, believes that by joining the Skycop he can pursue his goal of ensuring air passenger rights around the world.

“Since the beginning of March 2020, the travel industry has been thrown into disarray with many travellers facing travel disruption the role of the company has not changed we are still updating travellers on their rights and giving guidance when needed by doing this we are not only helping travellers but also relieving some of the pressure on the airlines so that they are not bogged down by Corona related claims. This is a hard time for everyone right now but if we follow the guidelines set by governments we will soon be travelling again.”
