Skycop announces exciting new feature in renewed Claim Platform
The new improvements which we’ve just made in our Claim Platform were only the question of time. As we’ve found out, a lot of users found it difficult to memorise the flight number while filling in the form. From now on, that’s no longer the issue.

After a long work with all the data we have gathered during our years of helping the passengers to get compensation from the airlines for their disrupted flights, we found the way to avoid the necessity of filling in the part of flight data by our clients manually. And the result of that is the further automatisation of the claim filing process.
First of all, from now on, our customers who fill in the claim form will no longer have to memorise their flight number – they already can choose it from the list. The user will only need to know his flight itinerary (i.e. the airport of departure and the point of intended final destination) and a scheduled flight time. Based on the available data, the airline which was about to operate the flight will also be available for selection from the options already provided. And if there was only one flight on that day, the customer won’t have to choose a flight number from the list at all.
New possibilities waiting just around the corner
The new possibilities to conveniently fill delayed, cancelled or overbooked flight claim form make the whole process even easier and clearer. If you experienced a flight disruption in recent years, you are more than welcome to try it yourself – the renewed Claim Form is waitin for you to enjoy a completely new user experience. Up to €600 from the airline is probably waiting for you as long as you’ll finish the claim – and now you can do it faster and easier than ever!
