- Unfortunately it is not enough to know that your flight is overbooked. You should still come to the airport and register your flight. After denied boarding due to overbooking, the carrier must provide you with information on other ways you can reach your destination.
- If you want to get a compensation, you need to have written evidence of denied boarding. It should be written on your new boarding card or luggage receipt. If you don’t have it – please contact the carrier personnel.
