Virgin compensation for a cancelled flight depends on the length of your trip and the arrival time of the rescheduled flight.

Less than 1,500 km:

• £260 – Arrival within 4 hours of original arrival time.
• £520 – Arrival more than 4 hours after original arrival time.

1,500 km – 3,500 km:

• £175 – Arrival within 3 hours of original arrival time.
• £350  – Arrival more than 3 hours after original arrival time.

3,500 km or more:

• £220 – Arrival more than 3 hours after original arrival time.
