International Early Music Festival “Orient et Occident”
10 – 13 October, Tartu, Estonia
This festival in Tartu invites you to party like it’s 1319. That’s right, it’s a Medieval music festival. But that’s not all: as the title “Orient et Occident” implies, it explores the connections of the European music of the era to that from Arabian countries – and places even further east. This is a multidisciplinary event, so expect more than music there. Me, I’d be hoping for a meat pie.
