Ako sam kupio/la kartu putem agencije, a ne izravno od zrakoplovne tvrtke, mogu li i dalje podnijeti zahtjev za naknadu?
Bez obzira gdje ili kako ste kupili kartu, ako ste planirali putovati/putovali tim letom i imate kartu na svoje ime – možete tražiti naknadu.
